Frisco is a gorgeous mountain town located within minutes of five major ski resorts. Sitting high up in the Rockies at 9,097 feet, the quaint mountain is chock-full of fun for the entire family! Copper Mountain, Breckenridge Ski Resort, Keystone Mountain Resort, Loveland Ski Resort, and Arapahoe Basin can be reached within 20 minutes of Frisco. If you’re willing to venture a bit further down the road, you can reach the Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts in less than an hour. There are also many places to go snowshoeing, snowmobiling, snow biking, hiking, kayaking, cross-country skiing, shopping, sight-seeing, and so much more! The events and adventures in Summit County are endless!
Dillon Reservoir
Dillon Reservoir is a no-wake lake where you will find people peacefully sailing, paddleboard, canoeing and kayaking on a gorgeous summer day. In the winter, the lake freezes over making perfect conditions to go ice fishing. The 3,300-acre Dillon Reservoir contains 27 miles of shoreline. For those who love a good challenge, taking a bike ride around Lake Dillon can make for a perfect day. The views are spectacular every inch of the way!
The Frisco Bay Marina
The Frisco Bay Marina is located at 267 Marina Rd on the shore of the scenic Dillon Reservoir. The Marina offers canoe and kayak rentals, stand up paddleboard rentals, powerboat and fishing boat rentals, sailboat lessons, rentals and tours, and pedal boat rentals. You can also take part in classic boat tours of the Dillon Reservoir. Guided kayak tours and paddleboard lessons are also available as well as guided fishing tours. After a day on the lake, stop by the Island Grill Restaurant, located in Frisco’s Marina right on the shore. The restaurants offer tasty food and drinks as well as incredible views of Lake Dillon. Frisco Adventure Park is full of exciting things to do and see! Camp out on the shores of Lake Dillon after a day of hiking, biking, skating or kayaking. Frisco Nordic Center
The Frisco Nordic Center, located at 616 Recreation Way, offers snowshoeing, classic cross-country skiing, and skate skiing. They have fun for all experience levels with lesson programs, rental and demo equipment available to all. The hours of operation are from 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week. You can reach the Nordic Center at 970-668-2570
Frisco Bike Park
Frisco Bike Park – located at 621 Recreation Way, Frisco, CO 80443, offers fun for all experience levels with jumps, pump tracks, a slopestyle course, and a dual slalom course. The park is open from dawn to dusk in the summer and fall months. Protective gear is advised.
Tubing Hill
There’s a great Tubing Hill at the Frisco Adventure Park – Riders must be 36 inches tall. There are hills for all ages and preferences. Some are mellow while others are more extreme for the ultimate thrill seeker. Price ranges from $28-$35 per hour.

Frisco Skate Park
Check out Frisco’s newly remodeled Frisco Skate Park! The park features many bowls, rails, and fun for all experience levels. The Town of Frisco completed a $600k remodel of the Frisco Skate Park in 2019, and boy is it awesome!
Disk Golf Course
The Peak One Disc Golf Course is free of charge. It’s one of the prettiest places you can play a game of disc golf! Reservations only required for private games and tournaments.
Hiking & Biking Trails
Frisco has a vast array of Hiking & Biking Trails near Lake Dillon, Ten Mile Range and all throughout the town. There is even an 18.8 mile trail with a 1,100′ climb that goes all the way around Lake Dillon!

The Town of Frisco offers a variety of youth camps including Frisco Fun Club, Adventure Camp, Skate Camp, Bike Camp, Girls On The Run Camp, Little Vikings Nordic Camp, H2O Camp, Play-Well Lego Camp and Kid’s Night Out.

Butterhorn Bakery and Cafe has been in business for about 40 years and offers breakfast, lunch, baked goods and desert.
Silverheels Bar and Grill offers Southwestern-style steaks, seafood and a variety of other dishes. They have a great happy hour daily from 4-6 with patio dining and live-music nights.
Peppino’s Pizza & Subs has some of the best local pizza, sandwiches, calzones, and beer. Play board games while you wait!
Kemosabe Sushi has the best sushi in the county, located at 605 Main St, Frisco. They do not take reservations so be sure and get there before the crowd!

Transportation around Frisco & Summit County
UberSKI and Lyft Ski Rack are available in the area as well if you need to transport your skis or snowboard with you to one of the local resorts
The Free Ride is the town’s free bus. It provides public transportation services throughout Breckenridge and Summit Stage is the free bus that can take you from town-to-town.
Peak 1 Express provides shared shuttles, private SUVs and Sprinters to and from Frisco starting at $60 each way, per person. The more people you have in your party, the time of day, your willingness to go to one of their pick-up or drop-off locations and the type of vehicle you want to ride in will affect the price. Having more people and finding a way to be picked up or dropped off at one of their locations can save you lots of money. In between locations you can always hop on The Free Ride.
